How do I return an item?
are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered
from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns and
that too is informed within 24 hours after receiving the ordered product.
Please return the item within 7 working days.
1. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
2. Please contact Customer Care at email@example.com when you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged within 24 hours of receiving.
3. Please return the item within 7 working days.
4. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
5. In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
6. Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned in that manner.
7. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website.
How do I get a refund?
If any product is eligible for refund, then it will be made within 48 hours (exception of holidays should be permissible) of receiving the product back in our warehouse. Mode of refund will be the same through which the original payment was received.
