1. If there are Delivery delays due to customer unavailability even after several delivery attempts made by Courier Companies then the seller is not responsible for such delays.
2. If the courier has come to the shipping address within 7 working days and not been able to deliver. The courier may or may not contact you before coming - that is something we have no control over. To avoid this you may contact your nearest branch (as details will be available with you via our Automated Email Notification of Dispatch by the customer care) of courier through which we have shipped your order.
3. If the address is of remote area or located at outskirts of city or town than it may also take few days extra to be delivered and in case any address change request made by the Customer other than on Invoice then Courier companies may ask for extra charges and it will be billed to our corporate account, we keep the right to charge from customer on presentation of the carrier bill if such amendments have been requested by the customer.
